We service and repair Husqvarna, PFAFF & Singer Sewing & Embroidery Machines and Overlockers
Standard service for Domestic Sewing Machine:
- Sew test
- Check and clean—removing internal and external build-up
- Oil and lubricant—inspect and lubricate gears, shafts, bushes and bearings
- Service mode adjustments
- Tension test
- Check machine software version and update where required
To keep your machine at its best we recommend regular servicing every 12-18mths.
Standard Service Fee of $120.00 - $175.00 to be confirmed on sight of machine
Standard Service for Domestic Embroidery & Overlock/Coverlock Machines - Subject to Quotation on Enquiry
Should your machine require additional repairs or parts outside a standard service you will be contacted.
What you should bring to your service:
- Your machine, accessories including bobbin and thread
- Foot pedal and cables
- Embroidery Bobbin Case & Embroidery Foot, Embroidery Plate (if relevant)
We use Rasant polyester/cotton thread to test your machine or Wonderfil Superior Thread for Embroidery Machines. If you usually use a different thread brand and would prefer we set tensions to suit your thread, please bring it in for us and we'll be happy to oblige.
WARRANTY
Repairs including parts & labour applies to machines purchased from Needleworx Mackay up to two years. 2-5years Parts warranty only.
Repairs on machines not purchased at Needleworx Mackay are eligible for parts warranty with the additional cost of labour charged to the customer.
Proof of Purchase required for all Warranty work.
